By engaging RedRightHandLLC.com in work, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By acceptance of this Work Order, the Customer agrees to release, RED RIGHT HAND LLC (RRH LLC), and its members from all actions, claims or demands that I, the Customer, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians or legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injuries or damages resulting from any work performed by RRH LLC. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless RRH LLC and any affiliated organization, contractors, members and its employees from liability for any claims or damages of any kind that may arise from any work performed on my firearm, even if caused by negligence of RRH LLC from damage to any item stored on premises owned or operated by RRH LLC or from acts of God (tornados, flood, fire, etc.). I will indemnify and defend RRH LLC, from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property arising from or related to the performance of this agreement including, without limitation, all consequential damages whether or not resulting from the negligence of the Customer or Customer’s agent. I am informed, realize, and understand that any alterations which I have requested to be done to my firearm, pursuant to the Work Order, may release the Manufacturer from any liability for any accident that should occur. I am informed, recognize, and understand by reading and signing the Work Order, that by requesting that these changes occur, I am also releasing RRH LLC, both individually and in any business form, from any liability should any accident occur because of the work performed by the gunsmith. 

 

ESTIMATES:

I understand that the price on this estimate is just that, an estimate. Estimates that are given are an estimate of labor costs and do not reflect the cost of parts and ammunition that may be needed. RRH LLC, will notify the customer of any Work Order changes where the change would increase by the greater of $25.00 or 25% of this estimate on labor; otherwise, charges for changes less than the greater of $25.00 or 25% to this estimate will be acceptable to the Customer. Unless other arrangements are made, in writing, any jobs left in the shop for more than 60 days after written notification of job completion and request for payment of balance will be considered abandoned and may be sold to cover expenses. 

NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IS GIVEN AND IS EXPRESSLY DENIED.
